Perri Cutten is committed to providing high-quality garments; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene stickers are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized postal location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
